This week the planned change over of Head Teachers is taking place. On Tuesday 1st October Ms Catherine Thomas will be leaving us after over 16 years in the school. She will be missed and we wish her all the best on her future endeavours. She is going to work at another school in our Federation so we are sure we will see her at some point soon in the future. Ms Rebecca MacKenzie will be joining us on Wednesday 2nd October. We are really looking forward to having Rebecca and all her expertise back in the school as the Head Teacher, DSL and SEND Lead (until January – when our new SENCO starts).
MONDAY 30th September – Parents and Carers from Year 1, Nursery and Reception are invited into school on Monday for Come Learn with Me. This is an opportunity to stay in class with your child for the first 30 minutes of the day. There will be a brief presentation at the end in which class teachers will share information with you about the coming term and the learning that the children will cover. These slides will be shared online via the school website.
