Hackney Council have asked us to issue payments of £30 per child to those who are eligible for Free School Meals over Christmas so we are encouraging all parents to find out if they are entitled to free school meals. In doing so, you may also discover that you are entitled to other benefits too. Free School Meal entitlement also means that the school has access to additional government funding, such as pupil premium funding, which allows the school to invest even more into your child’s education.
Holy Trinity hosts many different companies out of hours, during the holidays BADU sports, the Art Imaginarium and Strings Club all run events here. On Saturdays we currently have Stage Coach running drama workshops and from this Saturday BADU will be running a tennis club. This club is free for this Saturday and next for parents to have a taster session but you must sign up if you are planning on turning up. The spaces are limited so act fast!

In January we will be giving stickers out to children if they are wear their full uniform, that includes PE days. We are ware that there is some stock missing for school jumpers, in the event that you are not able to get the school jumper, your child must wear their PE jumper whilst you wait for stock to come back in. A reminder to all as well that there is spare, clean second hand uniform in school that you are more than welcome to help yourselves to, this is stored in a trolley in the main entrance of the school.
Please don’t forget that our after school enrichment clubs finish next Friday 10th December. Children who are normally collected at 16:30 will need to be collected at 15:30 from Monday 13th December.

The family service is taking place at Holy Trinity Church again on Monday 6th December. The school singing group will be performing again and there is a community dinner after, it would be lovely to see more families taking part. If you decide to come there is no need to let us know in advance just turn up and push through the gate opposite the school, outside the church. All are welcome.
