Having closely monitored gates over the last few months it is clear that most families arrive promptly to drop off their children in the morning and to collect them after school. This is great and means that we can alter our gate times which mean we can start our learning earlier. The school gates for the children in Reception, Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will open at the same time of 8:45am however will now close at 8:55, this will allow learning to start in classes promptly at 9am. At the end of the school day for collection the gate will open at 3:30pm and close at 3:40pm, for after school enrichment clubs the gates will open at 4:30pm and close at 4:40pm.

I am very sorry to have to inform you that the music teacher planned to start music lessons this term is unable to join us until after the summer holidays. This means that although music lessons will continue in school we will be unable, at this stage to be able to offer musical instrument lessons after school. We are disappointed and understand how frustrating this is for families who were hoping to take part in instrumental lessons. We will endeavour to find another teacher who is able to provide this sooner than September and will let you know if we are successful.
