The School Planner for the Summer Term is now available, please see the image above or click this link for a version you can zoom in on.
After School Enrichment Clubs
The after school enrichment clubs begin on Wednesday 3rd May 2023, please make sure that you have signed up by 8:30 on Thursday 4th May as that is when registers close. If you have signed your child up for an after school enrichment these will be loaded onto Parent Pay so that you can pay for the clubs.
We are making a few changes to how we are running the after school enrichment clubs, this means that if your child is registered to attend a club and you wish to collect them at 3:30 or earlier than 4:30 you will need to come to the front office, you will not be able to collect them from their class teacher as they will already be in their club. This has been put in place to ensure that there is no confusion about who is in club and who is not.
If you are collecting from an enrichment club, in the event that you are 10 or more minutes late to collect your child a £10 fee will be applied. At 5:30pm there will be an additional £10 fee applied and if this lateness goes beyond 6pm then a late fee of £5 per 5 minutes will be applied.
What happens if I am late to collect my child?
The following information is available on the school website however we wish to remind parents of what happens when children are collected late.
For the 3:30pm collection if the lateness goes beyond 10 minutes a fee of £5 will be applied to your parent pay account for the first hour. If the lateness continues beyond 4:30pm an additional £10 late fee will be applied to your parent pay account. At 5:30pm there will be an additional £10 fee applied and if this lateness goes beyond 6pm then a late fee of £5 per 5 minutes will be applied.
If you are meant to be collecting your child between 11:30 – 11:45 and you are late please ensure that you call the school. If the lateness goes beyond 10 minutes a fee of £5 will be applied to your parent pay account.
