On Thursday this week we will be having our in school Transition day, this is when the children will have the opportunity to go to their new classroom and meet with adults that will be working in their classes. They will spend up to an hour together in which time they will share a story and have a circle time. Prior to this day you will receive an email letting you know who the adults will be that your children will be with next year.
When children are in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 they are currently entitled to universal free school meals, during term time. When children move into Year 3 parents need to pay for school meals unless they are entitled to Free School Meals.

Please note that you will need to create an online account for this, all you need is your email address, National Insurance Number (if you have one) and details of any benefit information.
It is particularly wise for the parents of Year 2 children to check now as from September you will need to pay for school meals if you are not eligible.
Before the academic year ends please ensure that you have cleared all debt owed to the school, this includes school lunches and wraparound care.
