PTA – Perfectly Timed Achievements!!
The PTA want to share with you some of the wonderful work they have been doing to make a difference to our school and enrich the lives of our children.
Friday Bake Sales & Tuck Shop
Families have been sending in homemade and bought cakes every Friday to support out tuck shop. Each week different year groups give us some wonderful creative muffins, cupcakes and cakes. We were very impressed with the contributions and want to say thank you to all year groups and their parents.
Christmas Fair with Santa
This was a fun filled party with a special visit from Santa and friends. Homemade Christmas drinks and Christmas decorations. Christmas music and treats. We also had face painting and Henna art.
Disco & Talent Show
We invited our children to build up their courage and give them an opportunity to perform in front of a live audience. We saw some amazing talents from our children including singers, dancers and gymnastic routines and upcoming musical geniuses. we also had a large selection of amazing raffled prizes.
World Book Day / Fancy Dress Service
To help with budgeting we have created a borrow service at the school. If you have unwanted costumes, please drop them to the school office. We then rent them out for a small fee. The money is used to fund extra activities not covered by the school budget. Parents are invited to rent items all year round.
Easter Cake Competition and Craft Day
Parents and children showed off their culinary skills by making amazing cakes and cookies. Some of the school council members, PTA members and teachers helped judge the entrees. The winners were given a luxury hamper and all the candidates were given a Easter Egg prize for their hard work. Craft activities included Bonnet making and Easter basket making.
School Trips & Events
This year the children will be going to Kew Gardens and Coram Fields. These trips were fully funded by the money raised by the PTA! We are also hosting a Pizza Party for Year 6 to celebrate the end of their time at Holy Trinity!
