The PTA organised our first ever Saturday Summer Fair this weekend, and raised over £1,000 as a result of this brilliant event. There were so many activities, including pony rides, a range of arts and crafts, a range of sports and games, face painting, a bouncy castle, henna and glitter tattoos and glitter hair strands. There were also lots of delicious things to eat and drink, local business representations and fun, laughter, dancing and socialising. Thank you to all the people who joined us for our first Saturday Summer Fair. Everybody had a fantastic time.
An enormous thank you to our fabulous PTA, who have spent weeks planning, organising and resourcing the Summer Fair, preparing activities, cooking and baking. We cannot thank you enough for pulling together such a great day!
Thank you also to our two fantastic parent DJs for bringing us such a great atmosphere, to the parents who kindly contributed to the event and to the following staff for manning stalls: Miss Chelsea – face painting, Miss Adal – event planner and face painting, Mr Aaron – sports games, Miss Fatima – craft designs.
We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!

Miss Adal celebrates her 30th year of working at Holy Trinity this year! We are very lucky to have had so many years of Miss Adal’s commitment to the school and children. She is always giving so much of her time; organising events, tidying and beautifying the school and being instrumental in the organising of Breakfast Club and Extended Day. She makes Christmas extra Christmassy at Holy Trinity and is always keen to make the school look attractive and welcoming throughout the year. Miss Adal is also a key player in larger events, working closely with the PTA to organise activities at the Summer Fair and other community events and church services, ensuring that children experience arts and crafts – and brilliant face painting! – at these events. Miss Adal is always busy thinking about what needs to be done to keep the school organised. She does all of this in addition to her commitment to supporting the children’s learning! Thank you Miss Adal for everything you do for Holy Trinity; we really appreciate how invested you are and how much of your time you dedicate to our community.
