Nursery Year (Term Time Only)

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 15:30 – 18:00 – £105/week

A healthy evening snack is included if your child is on site until 17:00.

Reception Year (Term Time Only)

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 16:30 – 18:00 – £70.00/week

Part time – Minimum of 3 days per week – 16:30 – 18:00 – £14.00/day – please list your preference and we will do what we can to accommodate them

All selections include after school enrichment clubs (15:30 – 16:30) on the days that your child remains in school and a healthy evening snack if your child is onsite until 17:00.

Years 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6  (Term Time Only)

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 16:30 – 18:00 – £65.00/week

Part time – Minimum of 3 days per week – 16:30 – 18:00 – £14.00/day – please list your preference and we will do what we can to accommodate them

All selections include after school enrichment clubs (15:30 – 16:30) on the days that your child remains in school and a healthy evening snack if your child is onsite until 17:00.

Healthy Evening Snacks

• Sandwiches
• Wraps
• Beans on toast
• Pitta, houmous  and veg sticks
• Fresh fruit
• Yogurt

Collection of Child/ren

Children are to be collected by 18:00 each day that they are in extended day care and you will need to ensure that your child/ren are collected by this time.  Please make every effort to ensure an alternative adult (over 16 years of age) is able to collect your child if the named person cannot. From September 2022, we have operated a late a fee of £5 per 10 minutes. A referral will be made to Social Services after 6:30pm if no contact can be made with a parent or carer.

Withdrawal of Place

• Places will be withdrawn if your account goes into arrears.
• Your child/ren’s place will be withdrawn if they are collected late on more than two occasions in a half term.
• If you wish to withdraw your child/ren from the extended day care provision, 4 weeks notice needs to be given in writing.

When extended day care is full, we operate a waiting list. Please complete this form for your child to be added to extended day care or to be placed on the extended day care waiting list in the event that it is full. Please do not leave your child in extended day care before their space is confirmed.

Fees must be paid in advance using ParentPay.
