Following some training in January we created reflection sheets that are now being completed by children during or following a reflection time. The reflection sheets guide the thought process and discussion for all children and provide consistency in those discussions. The reflection sheets are sent home with children so that parents and carers are aware of what has happened in school and provide a framework for discussion at home.
These have been proving successful in supporting children to reflect on events that have occurred. Please click on the image below to enlarge it.
You may have noticed that we are working on the environment of the school, both inside and out. We have some baby trees that our gardening club are going to be nurturing however we need some plant pots to pot them into as they grow. If you have any large (about 30cm in height) plant pots that you could donate to the school that would be wonderful. Also if you have any house plants that you could donate we would like to get plants into all the classrooms to give the children plants to care for. Please drop all donations off into the front office at school.
Trinity Saints Church is launching a new community choir which runs from 7.30-8.30pm on Monday nights in term time at All Saints Church, all are welcome to join us!
