Parent Teacher Association Disco

An enormous thank you to the PTA for giving the children a fantastic time at their disco on Friday. They organised music, lights, treats, snacks, karaoke, costumes, props and so much more.

Thank you to the parents and staff who helped to put on this fun-filled event. Everyone had so much fun!

Parent Teacher Association: Free Hampers and Friday Night Takeaway

Would you like to apply for a free *family hamper bags of essentials and/or a **baby hamper bag of essentials? If you would like to receive one, please email the PTA with your full name and address. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire when you pick up your bag. This is collected for the funders to know who is benefiting from the service. The PTA can assist you to fill out the form and answer any concerns. If you would like nappies, please email the size you want. You will be informed via email when they are available for collection.

Parents are reminded to bring bags to collect food from the Friday Night Takeaway service. Please note that children are not permitted to take items from any food service; parents / carers need to be present and consent.

* Hamper bag examples include rice, pasta, pasta sauce, tea, coffee, cereal, oil, washing powder/detergent.

Baby bag examples include 1 pack of nappies, baby wipes, baby soap and nappy bags.

Still Seeking a Parent Representative for Holy Trinity’s Local Advisory Board!

Each school within our federation has a Local Advisory Board which meets termly to support the Headteacher and Executive Principal to make strategic decisions to improve outcomes for our pupils. The Local Advisory Board supports and challenges the school to continue to provide a high quality education for all pupils. They do this by looking at outcomes for pupils compared to children nationally, analysing finance, health and safety, curriculum and other reports and helping the school to make decisions which will benefit the school community. Our Local Advisory Board is made up of staff, parent, clergy and community members.

We are seeking a parent representative for our Local Advisory Board. Do you have an interest in joining our Local Advisory Board as a parent representative? If so, please email admin@holytrinity.hackney.sch.uk to express your interest.

PTA Volunteering Team

If you would like to be added to the PTA volunteering team you can pick up forms from the school office. Even if you can give limited support it still helps to get involved!

Can you Face Paint?

If you can help out by offering to do face paints at the PTA events that would be great. Not only would you be putting a smile on a child’s face but this helps us raise money to pay for trips that your child and their entire class go on.

You do not need to be professional and we can provide all the tools needed. Additionally, if you know a face painter that would like to support a school community please email pta@holytrinity.hackney.sch.uk

Raffle Prizes

Do you have anything we can use in our raffle? Every year we have a jam-packed table of goodies that people can choose from. If you can, please drop it at school or email pta@holytrinity.hackney.sch.uk

Unwanted Gifts/Toys

If you have stuff at home you simply don’t want or don’t use but can’t bear to chuck it out, please give it to the PTA. We can donate it to someone else who needs it. We also may be able to swap it for something more useful for you. Email pta@holytrinity.hackney.sch.uk or drop off small items at school.
