Extended Day Care Provision – 2023/24

Nursery children (Term Time Only)

Full Time – Monday to Friday – 15:30 – 18:00 – £105/week

Included is a healthy evening snack if your child is on site until 5pm.

Reception Year (Term Time Only)

All selections below include after school enrichment clubs (15:30 – 16:30) on the days that children remain in school and a healthy evening snack if the children are on site until 17:00.

There are two options:

• Full Time – Monday to Friday – 16:30 – 18:00 – £65.00/week
• Part time – Minimum of 3 days per week – 16:30 – 18:00 – £14.00/day – please list your preference and we will do what we can to accommodate them

Years 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6  (Term Time Only)

Healthy Evening Snacks

• Sandwiches
• Wraps
• Beans on toast
• Pitta, humous  and veg sticks
• Fresh fruit
• Yogurt

Collection of Child/ren

Children are to be collected by 18:00 each day that they are in extended day care and you will need to ensure that your child/ren are collected by this time.  Please every effort to ensure an alternative adult (over 16 years of age) is able to collect my child if the person named cannot. From September 2022, in the event that you are late a fee of £5 per 10 minutes will be applied. A referral will be made to Social Services after 6:30pm if no contact can be made with a parent or carer.

Withdrawal of Place

• Places will be withdrawn if your account goes into arrears.
• Your child/rens place will be withdrawn if they are collected late on more than two occasions in a half term.
• If you wish to withdraw your child/ren from the extended day care provision, 4 weeks notice in writing needs to be given.
