Creating anti-bullying mascots in Year 1

In PSHE we have thought carefully about the meaning of the word ‘bullying.’ We talked about how it feels to be part of a group and how it might feel to be left out. We concluded that everyone has the right to feel safe and not bullied in our school community. To help promote this message we created these wonderful anti-bullying mascots. We wrote down words to describe how we would feel in a school where there is no bullying. Some examples were happy, excited and great!
