Constructing and decorating tote bags in Design Technology in Year 6

In Design and Technology, we have been completing our tote bags. We spent last week practicing different stitches and researching different styles of bag and this week, we put those skills to the test. We designed and then started embroidering our bags before finishing them off by sewing the fabric together and attaching handles. You will be able to see some of our finished products in the school foyer very soon!
