Good Friday Art in Year 1

In R.E. this week we answered the question, ‘What happened on Good Friday and what does this teach us about Jesus?’ We thought that when Jesus was carrying the cross he must have been very tired and worried. We thought that the Bible story showed that he cared about others. We created silhouette artworks to show Jesus’ cross on the hill, right before he sadly died and was resurrected.
