Year 1 Art: Using Lines and Shapes

This week in Art, Year 1 looked at using different types of lines and shapes. The children started by using pieces of string on a black sheet of paper so that they could look at their designs and rework them where necessary. Afterwards, they practised using oil pastels to create different types of lines. This helped them to get ready to create beautiful pictures!
