Dissecting Hearts to find out about the Circulatory System in Year 6 Science

In science this week, Year 6 have been busy dissecting hearts and building on their current knowledge of the circulatory system. Children were able to work together to cut into the lamb heart and identify the four chambers as well as the valves that stop the blood from flowing backwards.
