Please remember to return the nasal vaccination flu form for your child to have their nasal flu vaccine in school like they do every year.  This needs to be returned to school by the end of the school day on Monday 22nd November as the NHS come to collect the forms from school.  Please return this form even if you are refusing the vaccine as this means we are clear of your wishes one way or another. If you don’t have a copy there are spares that can be collected from the front office up until 4pm on Monday 22nd November.
