Numbers in Reception

We have been looking closely at the numbers 4 and 5. We read the story of the Three Little Pigs and then we worked together to put the pigs and the wolf inside the house. We noticed that when all of the characters are inside the house there are 4 in total. Afterwards, we took the characters out one by one and counted down to zero. We also learned how to write and orientate the numerals correctly during this activity.
