Using our sense of smell, taste and sight to discover changes in the Nursery

We continued to explore our Winter topic by looking at changes between hot and cold things. We used our senses again to describe what we could see, taste and smell, and then made guesses as to what could happen when a marshmallow goes into a hot chocolate drink, and into a cold chocolate drink. We discovered just like ice, in the hot drink it started to melt! We wonder what else would melt in a hot drink too…
