Sharing our favourite stories in Year 1

In Year 1 we had a long think about our favourite books that we have read from our classroom library this year. The children chose their favourite stories / non-fiction books and then proceeded to tell everyone why they liked it so much and what they have learnt. It was wonderful to see how confident they are now at describing key features and answering questions in full sentences. They also thought about what books they would love to read in Year 2!
