Researching cars in Design Technology in Year 1

In DT this term, we are designing cars. For our first lesson, we examined vehicles with wheels to discover how the wheels were attached and in which direction they were moving as the vehicles moved. We used the key terms axle and axle holder. We also made some prototype vehicles of our own using cardboard and straws.
