Learning about Persistence with Rev Laura

We welcomed Rev Laura back this week, after her 3 month sabbatical. The children were so pleased so see her leading our Thursday morning collective worship. We learned about the word “persistence” and Rev Laura shared with us the parable of The Persistent Widow, as well as how the Windrush Generation have been so influential in Hackney. You will also find that your child will come home with a gift this week, a pair of gloves, to symbolise that “Your Hands Are Mighty Too!” A huge thank you to Aleka for all of the work she does to support the Holy Trinity community, through Hearts of Hackney.
