Nursery Learn About Winter

This week in Nursery, we began exploring an exciting new topic: Winter! We started reading our new core text, The Snowy Day, a delightful story about a boy enjoying snowy adventures.

The children had so much fun with hands-on activities, including touching and exploring real ice —a wonderful sensory experience! They also tapped into their creativity by crafting wintery scenes using a variety of art techniques, such as:

•  Drawing with white chalk on dark coloured card
•  Stamping plastic lids dipped in white paint onto blue card

It’s been a magical start to our winter journey, and we can’t wait to discover more seasonal wonders next week!
