A Massive Thank You to our Wonderful PTA!

Our incredible PTA have gone above and beyond this year to support families and the school, providing an abundance of practical help and unforgettable experiences. They have enriched school life with a fantastic programme of social events and activities, including Easter, Winter and Summer fairs, ‘Bake Off’ competitions, a brilliant Black History Month celebration, theatre trips, cookery trips to Pizza Express, movie nights, discos, bingo evenings and bake sales—the list could go on. These events have created lasting memories for pupils and families alike. The fairs have included arts and crafts activities, professional DJs and drummers, bouncy castles, face painters, raffles, competitions with prizes, food, drink – and so much fun! They have also supported families to build relationships with each other.

One of the PTA’s most impactful initiatives has been the creation of the Thursday Night Takeaway, offering a wide range of high-quality food and essential items, including nappies and household supplies. Demand for this service has grown significantly, and it makes a meaningful difference to our whole community. Our wonderful PTA source this food themselves and dedicate their own time to collecting and delivering the food items.

Thanks to their dedicated fundraising, every pupil from Year 1 to Year 6 enjoyed a trip to the seaside before the end of term.

We are incredibly grateful for the PTA’s energy, generosity and unwavering commitment to our school. For such a small team, their impact has been enormous. Their hard work and care have had a profound impact on our pupils and families. Thank you, PTA—you truly are amazing!
