Minibeasts Topic Launches in Nursery

This week, we kicked off a brand new topic: Minibeasts! Our new story, “Arghh, Spider!”, got everyone excited about creepy crawlies. We explored different insects and discovered fun facts about our favourites.

The children got creative making spiders using all sorts of materials and techniques—playdough, paint stamping, handprints, drawing on paper, and even large-scale spider art on the chalkboard.

In Maths, we worked on showing “finger numbers” up to five, using our hands to represent numbers in a fun and interactive way.
