Reception Enjoy Maths Games

This week, Reception Class have been having lots of fun playing their maths game, Race to 10! Through the game, the children have been developing a range of important maths skills, including comparing quantities, understanding cardinality and exploring number composition within 10.

Alongside their mathematical learning, the children have also been practising valuable social skills such as turn taking, sharing, and encouraging both themselves and their friends. It has been wonderful to see their teamwork and growing confidence. Another fantastic week in Reception – well done, everyone!
