08 Oct Year 4 Science: Investigating Temperature Around the School
In Science, the children explored temperature and learned how environmental factors cause it to change. Becoming temperature detectives, they took wall-mounted and portable thermometers into various locations across the school site—checking the warm classroom, the lunch hall, near large windows, and outside by the MUGA. They carefully recorded their measurements directly into their science books, comparing how light, shelter and location affected each reading. It was a fantastic way to apply practical measurement skills to real-world data!
