Year 1 Enjoy The Garden Classroom’s Pollinator Power Workshop

This week, Year 1 stepped into the Garden Classroom for a hands‑on session all about Pollinator Power. The children used their craft skills, their senses and their growing research abilities to explore how pollinators help plants to grow. They made thoughtful connections to their prior learning and showed brilliant curiosity as they investigated the natural world around them.

From spotting colours and patterns to thinking about how insects move and behave, the children were fully immersed in the experience. It was wonderful to see them working collaboratively, asking questions and sharing their ideas with confidence.
