Year 1 Design Technology – Moving Toys

In Design Technology, we began our new unit on moving toys. The children started by drawing their favourite animals, thinking carefully about shapes, features, and how each animal might move. These sketches will inspire the designs for the moving animal toys they will create later this term.

The class showed fantastic imagination and attention to detail, and we can already see some exciting ideas beginning to take shape.
